About Us

Our journey to Florida began in January 2021 when we visited Cape Coral for a family reunion. The area instantly captivated us, and our retirement plans suddenly shifted from a five-year plan to a right-now plan. Within two weeks of returning north, we purchased our Cape Coral oasis and relocated to Florida.

 

Bryan founded a GRC consulting firm in 2015, and Debbie spent twelve years ministering for an international ministry. We both found fulfillment in helping people achieve their life goals. Seeing the impact we could make in the lives of others motivated us to utilize these skills in our new community.

Bryan is also a self-taught guitarist who played in multiple

bands and now performs at our church. Debbie began piano

lessons at the age of five, inspired by her family's musical

background. We share a passion for music.

​

We prioritize fitness, adhering to the saying "use it or lose it,"

making exercise a daily routine.

 

Bryan's experience includes renovating three homes, notably a Victorian

home in Liberty, MO, which he restored over 17 years. This experience

honed his eye for detail and deepened his knowledge of homes.

Additionally, we managed Airbnb properties in Woodland Park, Colorado.

 

Our interest in Home Watch started by (unofficially) watching over the homes of our snowbird friends for the past three years. We now want to extend this service to others, contributing to our community's safety and well-being. 

 

Guardian Angel Home Watch is accredited by the National Home Watch Association (NWHA), fully insured, and bonded. We aim to provide our clients with professional service and peace of mind.
